And here it is, friends! The last story…My last blog post on the World Race website. It’s been a wildddd ride! A ride full of adventure, stillness, growth, challenges, joy, and literally everythinggggg in between! As I look back on my World Race journey, my heart is FULL. God moved BIG TIME…I’m left speechless in trying to describe the way His GOOD heart was displayed by what He did in, through, and around me on this journey.
If you’re reading this, THANK YOU…for everything. Your support both financially and prayerfully was sown. The beautiful thing about a planted seed is that it keeps growing, and from it, a harvest comes (which then can be used to plant more seed). Your “yes” in supporting my call to “go” is being used at this very moment to continue to advance the Kingdom of God, and will be for generations to come. From the bottom of my heart with the utmost gratitude, thank you!
A question I have heard alotttttttt since being home is, “so what now?” Well, now that the World Race is over, my plan is to continue to follow the great commission (Matthew 28:19-20) with arms wide open to wherever the Lord sends me. With this being said, I do have some specific insight as to what that call looks like for me and my journey with the Lord. I am PASSIONATE about seeing Revival in the United States and believe I have an idea of where my role lies in that. The Lord has taken this dream I’ve had for a couple of years now of opening my own coffee shop and has completely transformed it into this huge vision of bringing heaven to earth. My next step is the beginning of making this dream/calling a reality. In a few short days, I will be moving to Colorado Springs for 8 weeks working at Starbucks as a barista, and taking this season to reallyyyyy grow, learn, explore, dream, and adventure with Jesus. As I was on the mission field and the Lord began to speak into my future, I had to eventually place it all on the back burner. I often found myself losing focus from where my feet were currently planted. This season in Colorado is a season for me to dream and allow my heart to run wild with Abba! It’s a crazy cool story about how I ended up going to Colorado, which I’m not going to be sharing here, BUT don’t worry! I WILL be sharing it on my very own personal blog page!
While on the World Race, I found that I enjoy blogging, but even more, I found a passion for telling the current-day stories of how Jesus is moving through my own journey with Him. I created this website as a space to share, as well as invite you into the ministry that the Lord is cultivating through me. You can find my new blog page by clicking HERE where you can subscribe at the bottom of the page, and continue to follow along with my journey and pursuit of the Lord. The next few years of my life consist of me having my eyes totally locked on His, my hands wide open in full surrender, my feet running completely after Him, and my heart shouting “Jesus, here I am”!!!
In my first ever blog post, I wrote, “This is the first story that I have had in my journey with the World Race and it’s the first of many many many other stories that are to come. God is on the move…” I smile when reading that because the same is still true to this very day. As I am now a World Race alumni and am stepping into what the Lord has next for me, God is still on the move and the stories will keep on coming! Glory to glory! The best is yet to come!
World Race…Peace out!! <3
